Howdy y’all, Well the last time I wrote y’all we were just starting to roll on this Kid Rock and Roll traveling circus circa 2006 and the shows have been slammin’. You might have noticed we kicked it up another notch with this show and also brought back some favorite tunes that we haven’t performed since the days of rolling through the clubs and theaters in support of Devil Without A Cause. The video wall is another new addition to our show and I gotta admit I would sure like to see a tape of a show so I can see what you all see while we’re up there rockin’ for ya. What I do see on a nightly basis though is all of you fans rockin’ like it was the first time and making us feel so good to have such loyal and intense fans. We just finished up the Bossier City, Little Rock, Memphis run and the rest of T.B.T and I are on a flight to Los Angeles to film an episode of the hit television series C.S.I. New York with Gary Sinise. Gary Sinise is a very accomplished actor who’s roles have ranged as diversely as the lead in Of Mice and Men to playing Leutenant Dan in Forrest Gump and so many more. We got to know Gary Sinise while we were in Iraq doing the U.S.O. tour for the troops. Gary was part of that whole tour and we spent many hours rolling to different bases to do shows for our soldiers stationed over there fighting and being away from beloved homes, families and friends. We did have to tell him about our early days of touring in the RV and watching Forrest Gump every day for about a month as we drove from city to city on the Warped Tour and the Between the Legs Tour. As soon as I know the airdate I’ll post it on the site. Thanks to all of you who have gone out and spent your hard earned money on the Live Trucker. We’re gonna keep rollin’ on this train and hopefully earning new fans along the way. Thanks to all of you who continue to come out and rock with us when we come to your town and all of you who have climbed aboard as new fans. We’re gonna keep rockin’ and working hard for y’all and enjoying the adrenaline rush we get from watching all of you rock and roll with us. Peace and respect, Jimmie Bones

Howdy everybody. Happy New Year to all of you and I hope the new year brings all the best of everything to all of you. In other words, may the best of your past be the worst of your future. So now down to business. KID ROCK and the TWISTED BROWN TRUCKER BAND on tour starting January 20, 2006 at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT. And from there we will be blazing a rock and roll trail all over the U.S. this year. We have been rehearsing for about a month and the show will be featuring some new surprises for ya as well as some tried and true rockers that none of us could do without. We’re all real excited and can’t wait to see all of you , our friends rockin’ with us and giving us that adrenaline rush we get from rocking for ya. The band is sounding better than ever and Rock is primed to belt it out for y’all every night as only he can. So soon the shit will hit the fan in a venue near you and when it does none of us will be the same again. We’re back and we’re rockin’! Peace, Jimmie Bones

Hi there! It’s been awhile I know and I apologize. At the moment my brothers and sister in the Twisted Brown Trucker Band are rehearsing for the new tour which starts this coming January 2006. Can’t say too much at the moment because we want to save some surprises for ya. But we are all real anxious to get back atcha. I know our fans have been jonesing for some shows as much as we have so it’ll be good. In the meantime I have been doing some writing, recording, and live gigs with my good friend Jody Raffoul. We were in Asbury Park, New Jersey not long ago playing at the Stone Pony which was and I guess still is Bruce Springsteen’s home club. It’s where he as well as other New Jersey notables Bon Jovi and Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes did their earliest gigs. So ya know that had to be an experience. So many ghosts. The gig was a benefit for the organization L.I.V.E. which raises awareness about and works toward the prevention of teen suicide. This was the second annual event and drew a packed house which also witnessed the live debut of my bro Kenny Olson’s new band “The Flask”. The Flask tore through a mini set of hard driving rock that gave those in attendance a taste of what Kenny has in store when ya sip from The Flask. Guaranteed to make you want to take a healthy swig of Kenny and the boys’ hard driving rock and roll featuring his amazing guitar work. The gig was a great success and grew from last years debut in attendance which is fortunate but very unfortunate that the organization must exist. But exist it does, as suicide is the third leading cause of death among America’s teens and young adults. L.I.V.E was founded by Don Quigley and Scott Fritz as a way of channeling their grief over the losses of their own children Sean Quigley, age 14 and Stephanie Fritz, age 15 to suicide. To discover more about this problem and learn more about it’s prevention go to www.yellowribbon.org. As the father of a 14 year old this really hits home for me. I couldn’t even imagine what these gentlemen and their families have experienced. I do see what positive individuals they both are and have persevered on in their lives to turn something so tragic into something positive which gives parents and teens a support system. In raising children I think we all have a tendency to just talk to them as a way of guiding which is great. But don’t forget to listen to them. Listening itself is probably far more important. You all remember what it was like going through those teen years. They are so much fun but they can be real scary too so listening to youth is so important. Well I have said it before and I will again I’ll try to get back atcha more and now that we are gearing up to hit the road I will have a bit more to talk to you about. So Keep hitting me with the e-mail too. I enjoy that and I try to get back to all of them for real. Peace, Jimmie Bones

Howdy, Well it’s been awhile and I must say I didn’t mean to be away so long. I live in Lapeer County and we had a pretty good storm rock through there and my chainsaws have been pretty busy for about three weeks. Had a few big cherry, poplar and beech trees go down in the woods so the fireplace will be well stocked this year as usual. Been doing a lot of writing and fishing too. I had a great time last week when Kenny Olson and I went up onstage at D.T.E. and performed Neil Young’s “Ohio” with The Dirty Americans as they opened for Ted Nugent. It was great hanging with them. What a great band. The best was jamming with my bro Kenny though. I will be playing keyboards with Shannon Curfman in St. Paul, Minnesota at Harriett Island on Sept, 9th, 2005. Might be doing some other dates with her as well if needed. I’ll be joined on drum by none other than my T.B.T. little sister Stefanie Eulinberg. After that I’ll be heading to Nashville to do some more recording with Jody Raffoul for his new record. You saw Jody play just before us at Bayfest in Sarnia, Ontario last month. Most likely be doing some live dates with him as well. Just trying to fill up my calendar until we start preparing to do another tour with Kid. That’s about it. The fishing is good. I caught a 30 inch Northern Pike and a 19 inch Largemouth Bass last week. The beaver are getting a bit too plentiful so gotta start running some trap lines for them this fall. Anyway hope this finds you all well and I’ll be back sooner. Peace and respect,

Hi there, Wow! What and honor once again to be asked to accompany Kid along with my fellow T.B.T. little sister Stefanie for the singing of America The Beautiful before game five of the NBA finals. To all of you who were watching and gave us props on our performance via the internet and so forth, thank you so much. It is a special version that originated in our show as an intro to American Badass and was sung by Kid, Stef, and I for the first time as an alternative to The Star Spangled Banner before the 2003-2004 Pistons season opener. It’s a huge rush to do it in front of a hometown playoff crowd. The energy is fierce and really gets your heart pumping. The noise is deafening and then quiet, and it’s all on us. I’m always honored to be asked to do that. I must admit, none of us could stop talking about Stevie Wonder’s harmonica version of the national anthem before game three. That was a tough one to follow. Speaking of heart pumping I did have the pleasure of meeting Eva Longoria from the Desperate Housewives television series before the game on Sunday. We shared a waiting room until game time and all of us had a lot of laughs. Eva is a very pretty lady and is an absolute sweetheart to talk with. Then from beating hearts, to a total heartbreak of a final series. After the exciting finish of game six when the Pistons had their backs totally against the wall I was feeling real good about them taking game seven and another championship. But I guess it wasn’t meant to be. It was a great playoff series though. Congratulations to the Spurs and more importantly thoughts and prayers go to head coach Larry Brown and what he has ahead of him with regards to his health. Let’s all pray that he is fine and back again as Pistons head coach next year. Props to all of you who braved the rains and rocked with us in Chattanooga, Birmingham, and Atlanta. It felt real good to get back out in front of our fans and rock live. Even though the rains were falling you all rocked as only our fans rock and believe me, we feed off that energy. You all are the best and we thank you very much. Thanks also to guitarist Bobby East who did a great job filling in for Kenny Olson who is at the moment working on other projects both in the studio and live. Those are some big shoes to fill. Kenny not only is a world class guitarist but is also a tremendous visual presence onstage. We miss our Twisted Brown Trucker brother Kenny, both onstage and off and we wish him all the best as he pursues his other artistic outlets. Kenny will be doing a fan interview, as did Paradime and I on www.extremekidrock.moonfruit.com so get your questions in to him. Well I have some real nice porkchops on the grill at the moment so I’m going to go attend to those. Those photo galleries should be up later this week and I’ll get an e-mail contact set up for you folks. I’d love to hear from you. Tell me what yer thinking and wishing for and listening to. Incidentally I can’t get the new Lucinda Williams cd, “Live At The Fillmore” out of my player. Such a great songwriter and her voice is sweet and rich and gritty and mournful all at once. Her band is amazing so check out this new live disk. Still stuck on the latest from Social Distortion, “Sex,Love, and Rock & Roll” too. I’ll be back atcha soon. Peace, Jimmie Bones

Hello and welcome to my website. Let me start by saying thanks for being here in the first place. This being the first journal entry let me tell ya a few things that will be upcoming and new to the site. I have been working to get a bunch of photos for the gallery section scanned. What you will soon see are pics from the last six years of touring and recording with Kid Rock and the Twisted Brown Trucker Band. There are shots taken during live performances but many more of me and the band doing what we do backstage and on days off when we’re just hangin’ out and having fun. Kinda like your own backstage pass even on a non show day. There is some pretty candid stuff and many drinks being hoisted because I think you all know our reputation for consuming libation. I have some great shots during the “Forever” video shoot that I took from onstage so you might spot yourself or a friend or two so check it out and let them know too. We’re also going to have a gallery dedicated to only photos where you folks who have taken a picture with me can e-mail them and they will be included on the site. I always pose for a shot with a fan here or there but then I never get to see them so send them in so I can laugh too. I’ll try to keep up with the journal at least twice a month or as things happen that I just need to tell you about. I want to thank all of you who have in one way or another supported some of the other projects I have been involved in. I have the best gig in the world with Kid Rock but I’ve been blessed with many opportunities to record and write with some other extremely talented artists. I’ll keep ya posted as new projects happen. I recently was down in Nashville doing some writing with Marcel Chagnon. As an artist he just goes by Marcel but just had his first number one single with the Josh Gracin song “Nothin‘ To Lose”. He also wrote the LeAnn Rimes song “The Weight Of Love” from her latest record THIS WOMAN as well as the Jessica Andrews song “More To Me Than You”. Marcel and I teamed up for one song with Kings of Leon producer and co-writer Angelo. We came up with some real good stuff that Marcel plans to demo. Check him out at www.marcelmusic.com. Another artist I have recently been recording with is Jody Raffoul. Jody is originally from Canada and his last record LIKE A STAR, particularly the song “Light Of Day” has done real well. We have been working on tracks for his next record and I’ll be doing some writing for that as well. Check him at www.jodyraffoul.com and also Jody and his band will be performing the same day we do at Bayfest in Sarnia,Ontario in July. Aight, that’s enough for now but I’ll be back at ya real soon after we get these three shows in Chatanooga, Birmingham, and Atlanta under our belts. Gonna feel real good to do some shows again. A bit of a teaser for you and me both for another tour. Everybody knows I’m a road dog so I’ve been jonesin’ to get back on tour once we finish another record. So thanks and keep checkin’ back to see how the site is progressing and once the e-mail is up let me know if you have any suggestions to make it more fun and interesting. Oh ya, and before I forget I really do exist contrary to what Paradime said in his very hilarious interview. But did you know that Hex is really just a hologram. Peace, Jimmie Bones
